1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent of every government office. It does not store official records, perform official checks, retrieve files, or submit forms for a visitor.

Its function is to identify the custodians of Milwaukee County records, including MCSO, Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Wisconsin DOJ's Crime Information Bureau, and the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry, while also displaying outside search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is conditioned on an agreement not to:

• Use the website in violation of federal, Wisconsin, or local law
• Threaten, stalk, or harass a person with information found here
• Use content for an FCRA-regulated decision
• Seek unauthorized access to any system or account

Milwaukee County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and creates no consumer, credit, or background report. Its content and linked tools may not be used to:
